TREND ALERT: IRIDESCENT ECSTASY

Ladies (and gents), ever wondered what it would be like to put on a shiny metallic rainbow? Well now you can. Because the latest spring/summer craze will let you do exactly that! That's right, iridescent pieces are big this season and they are here to stay and shine all the way. Now some people may be worried about looking like a permanent cast member on a sci-fi TV show when trying this out, but don't fret, because when done right, you'll stop traffic, all the while reflecting traffic lights off your skirt. The trick to wearing iridescent pieces is to keep it grounded by wearing solid and neutral colours like black, white or even nudes with it so that your look is balanced. I also really like how, some pieces have bits of iridescent incorporated into it like strips or just a single pocket on the shirt. Simple and chic. So fellow fashionistas, don't be afraid to show off your holographic and shiny side, sprinkle on some iridescence and you'll be a fashion queen (or king) giving off some serious sheen!
